Operational Support and Process Manager

55 – 60 hrs per fortnight

Moneyworks is a holistic financial planning business, and for the last 20 years, we have worked with a range of clients to help them achieve their financial goals.  With our recent move to Cambridge, we are looking for a senior person to help us to take our business to the next level.

Our core business is working with and supporting our clients to have the best financial solutions to suit their needs and aspirations (investments, KiwiSaver, insurances, and we are continually evolving our business in step with technological and legislative developments. Our minimum standards are industry ‘Best Practice’.

The person we are looking for will have a passion for developing systems and processes to drive business success and be capable of working with Advisers and the Managing Director to continually evolve our service offering to clients.  You will be expert in Microsoft Word and accomplished with Excel and have an interest in continuous learning.

While the role will be based from your home, you will be interacting our team on a continual basis. You need to be self-motivated and disciplined and you will bring the attributes of accuracy, confidentiality and efficiency to the role.
