KAROL GOOD

Karol joined our Moneyworks team part time in May 2005 and then full time in May 2006. Karol efficiently organizes client services and is the central contact for many clients, in conjunction with Vicky Evans. This involves day to day processing of investments and insurance applications. She also handles daily incoming calls from clients, investment, and insurance companies.
Before joining us, Karol worked in a busy café (Mustard Seed Café) for 4 years as front of house Supervisor. It is the experience and skills acquired from this, which have provided her with good customer service skills.
Karol is considering in studying the Adviserlink courses to better her knowledge in the financial planning industry, but has put this on hold for a while, due to her busy schedule.
At the moment she is kept very busy with her three teenage children, who are involved in a variety of sports. During the summer season she is away almost every weekend, supporting her children who do the Rodeo all over the North and South Islands. In the winter time Karol is away every Saturday for Rugby and Netball and if they make representative teams, then this involves traveling every Sunday as well.
Her eldest daughter also does Karate, which she has been very successful in, winning many awards, and travelling overseas to compete. Karols daughters, Nardia and Chelsey – also work at Moneyworks after school and in school holidays to assist us with our filing, updating records and other time consuming activities, which is giving them a good base in office activities.
