Client Survey 2026
In January 2023 we began our client surveys, with a small response. For our January 2024 survey we more than doubled our response and increased our NPS significantly. Our NPS increased again in 2025 - to 65.
In 2026 we had over half of our clients respond and received a score of 73
It is important to note that the Net Promoter Score of 65 that we received is very high. Above 50 is 'amazing'.
