Client Survey 2025
In January 2023 we began our client surveys, with a small response. For our January 2024 survey we more than doubled our response and increased our NPS significantly.
Our NPS increased again in 2025 - to 65. This year we surveyed our clients about the monthly newsletter. The replies surprised us - the three articles our clients are most interested in are a. Investment Markets and information, b. Scams and c. What we are doing at Moneyworks.
It is important to note that the Net Promoter Score of 65 that we received is very high. Above 50 is 'amazing'.
